Our Team

Prudence and Tj are both former teachers who transitioned into the real estate industry after many years in the classroom. They started their furnished rental business in January 2020 and in May 2024, they started their first group home looking to have a bigger impact on their local community. Both have a passion for building community and creating spaces for individuals to call home and find their purpose.

Prudence Nguyen

Co-founder

Prudence is mother of 4. She’s been the owner/operator of 13Rainbows, LLC, our furnished housing company since 2020. She’s a former Montessori teacher and still remains dedicated to education by participating on the board of a local Montessori-inspired school. She believes in connection, community via listening, learning & laughter daily.

Tj Nguyen

Co-founder

Tj found a passion for STEM education through competing in robotics competitions throughout high school. This led him to Auburn University where he earned degrees in engineering and education. In 2019, he moved back home to Birmingham and after serving in the classroom for a few years, he retired from traditional teaching to spend more time with his lovely wife. He currently gets his “education fix” from mentoring and coaching people in the real estate space.
